The Shakti & Mahadev Circuit
Pashupatinath – Doleshower – Halesi Mahadev – Palanchowk Bhagawati – Kalinchowk Bhagawati – Bhimsen Manakamana Temple Tour
One circle of devotion through the great Shakti and Mahadev kshetras of Nepal — from the Bagmati ghats to the Halesi cave, the high Bhagwati hills and the cable-car shrine of Manakamana.
Yatra Overview
“From the cave of Halesi to the ridge of Kalinchowk, the Mother and the Mahadev hold Nepal between them like a rosary.”
This circuit joins the most beloved Shakti and Mahadev shrines of central and eastern Nepal into a single flowing yatra: Pashupatinath and Doleshwor Mahadev in the valley, the sacred cave of Halesi Mahadev in Khotang where Shiva is worshipped in a natural lingam of stone, then the Bhagwati hills of Palanchowk and Kalinchowk, Dolakha Bhimsen and finally Manakamana — the wish-fulfilling Devi reached by cable car over the Trisuli gorge.
Each shrine receives full darshan and pandit-led puja with samagri arranged; nights are in comfortable hotels and guest houses with pure veg sattvik meals throughout.
The route is designed in a gentle loop so that travel days stay short and sacred days stay whole — ideal for families and senior pilgrims.
