The Path of Moksha
Pashupatinath – Muktinath Dham Yatra
Join the two greatest kshetras of Nepal in one week: Pashupatinath on the Bagmati and Muktinath — the place of liberation — high in the Kali Gandaki gorge beneath the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri.
Yatra Overview
“At Muktinath the water itself is a lingam — one hundred and eight streams pouring moksha upon the pilgrim.”
Muktinath, the mukti kshetra, is revered by Hindus as one of the 108 Divya Desams of Vishnu and by Buddhists as a sacred dakini land. Its 108 stone water spouts and the eternal Jwala Mai flame beside the saligram stone make it one of the most powerful pilgrimage sites in the Himalaya.
This 7-day dham yatra pairs Muktinath with full darshan of Pashupatinath in Kathmandu, travelling via Pokhara and the dramatic Kali Gandaki gorge — the world’s deepest — with flights or overland routing to suit your schedule.
Bathing under the 108 spouts, puja at the Vishnu and Jwala Mai shrines, and evening aarti on the Bagmati complete a week that pilgrims describe as a lifetime of blessing.
